The Story Behind T3

Get to Know Us

T3 was founded from personal experience and a deep understanding of living with chronic pain.

In 2004, owner and Licensed Massage Therapist Lee Ann was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident that left her with significant neck, shoulder, and back injuries. While the vehicle was totaled, the lasting effects of the accident were far more impactful. Despite appearing healthy and functioning normally on the outside, she lived with chronic pain, soft tissue damage, and structural issues affecting her neck and lower back.

Years later, surgery was required to remove bone spurs from her shoulder. The procedure left permanent damage to the deltoid muscle, creating additional challenges with movement, strength, and ongoing discomfort.

Through her own recovery journey, Lee Ann learned firsthand that pain is not always visible. Many people continue to work, care for their families, and manage daily responsibilities while quietly struggling with chronic pain, tension, restricted movement, and discomfort.

These experiences inspired the creation of Total Therapeutic Touch. T3 was built on the belief that every client deserves individualized care, compassionate listening, and therapeutic treatment focused on improving quality of life. Our goal is not simply to provide a relaxing massage, but to help clients reduce pain, restore function, support recovery, and achieve lasting results.
